All Custom vs. Box Cabinetry
With a seemingly endless amount of choices available these days, choosing cabinetry for your new kitchen can seem like a very daunting task.
A common sense approach that incorporates your budget, as well as how your kitchen needs to function is always best to help you narrow down the many options available.
Custom cabinetry has many advantages over the semi custom and box cabinet lines.
All true custom cabinetry that is produced from scratch will always provide more freedom of design for looks as well as functionality, with almost no limitations. Many of the most sought after construction, higher quality materials, and various finishes are available standard with custom cabinetry, such as all plywood construction, and hardwood dovetail drawer box construction. Installation is always much faster as well working with custom cabinetry, since custom cabinetry can be built in much larger units, and not in box cabinet sizes that result in multiple cabinets needing to be assembled together with fillers to make up a single wall run of cabinetry.
All true custom cabinet manufacturers will employ the very best design/sales representatives to assist you in designing your dream kitchen, and many custom cabinet manufactures will offer a touch up and adjustment service after your cabinets are installed.
Always remember that money spent in your kitchen will always pay you back down the road, if resale value is important to you, and True custom cabinetry is a very sound investment in your home. ... See MoreSee Less

It's my absolute pleasure to recommend Cornerstone Renovations. I began my garage addition project knowing virtually nothing about the process. Paul explained everything involved and walked me through every step. I knew this was not going to be a one hour tv show build. This was going to be a rather involved project requiring virtually every trade and I wanted it done right along with high quality.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Paul Drzewiecki, and came to know him as a truly valuable asset and a friend. He was the glue to the entire project. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hardworking. He would inspect everything closely to make sure the work was perfect. He coordinated every trade so there was no down time and the project kept moving. His communication was second to none. There was never a time when I didn't know what the next step in the project was going to be. His knowledge and expertise with home building was a huge advantage to my project. He put his skill set to work the entire time.
Along with his undeniable talent, Paul has always been an absolute joy to work with. He always managed to overcome every obstacle that arose throughout this garage addition. He kept the trades positive and brought out their best. I was so impressed by their work, I have lined them up to do my next project, a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion.
