Constant communication with the client is key throughout the home building or renovation process, and we will always keep the client well-informed. Cornerstone will expertly build for each client a home with the highest quality and building industry standards, that are also unique to the Chicago area and Western suburbs. Cornerstone will also be an enthusiastic partner in the selection process. A selections checklist will be provided to each client detailing every selection necessary, as well as a corresponding time frame to complete their selections, ensuring that their custom built home or renovation is done in the most time-efficient manner.
Every client will work closely with one of our interior designers to help them experience one of the most enjoyable experiences of building a new home or completing their residential renovation.

With every client is unique to the custom home builder process, providing invaluable assistance with making their selections, ensuring that the client has tailored their custom built home or residential renovation to the exact style they desire.
After completion of the client’s new home or upscale renovation, a walkthrough and completed checklist will confirm with the client that their home or residential renovation has been built to the highest quality standards, as promised. Cornerstone will always be available after move-in as well, for assistance with answers to any questions. We will schedule an additional walkthrough, at the client’s convenience, with our mechanical contractors to provide our clients assistance with any unfamiliar aspects of the mechanical systems installed in the home.
Our generous home warranty will provide peace of mind, so you can continue to enjoy your new custom built home for many years to come.
if not building on one of our available homesites, Cornerstone can provide assistance to our clients with acquiring a new home site if they wish, and we can also offer assistance with construction financing through our vast network of professionals in the industry.
Cornerstone Custom Builders exceeded all my expectations and did absolutely wonderful work on our home renovation.
